High-Flow Grouting with IMER Koine 4 EVO Hi-Flow
High-Flow Grouting with IMER Koine 4 EVO Hi-Flow
The project required large-volume grouting using pre-mixed grout in bag form (up to 220 bags per hour). To achieve speed, consistency, and long-distance pumping, the IMER Koine 4 EVO Hi-Flow was deployed.
This system is equipped with a Rotor-Stator pumping unit and a turbo mixer, ensuring double mixing for maximum material homogeneity before grout delivery.
Equipment Deployed:
Model: IMER Koine 4 EVO Hi-Flow (1106320)
Dimension: 722 × 1187 × 1455 mm
Power Supply: 400V / 50Hz / 17A
Max Installed Power: 6.8 kW
Mixing Motor Power: 5.5 kW
Feeding Wheel Gearmotor Power: 0.75 kW
Electropump Motor Power: 0.55 kW
Material Flow: Up to 80 L/min
Pumping Height: 30 m
Pumping Distance: 80 m
Hopper Capacity: 140 L
Loading Height: 900 mm
Sound Pressure Level: <80 dB(A)
Weight: 250 kg
Execution
Material Feeding – Operators loaded StoCrete NSG grout bags directly into the 140L hopper.
Mixing Process – Dry material immediately sucked by the Rotor-Stator pump, then re-mixed via turbo mixer with automatic water dosing.
Pumping Operation – High-flow grout continuously delivered through hoses to designated application areas, up to 30m vertical and 80m horizontal.
On-Site Workflow – Four operators worked simultaneously to maintain feeding, pumping, and hose placement.
Daily Maintenance – End-of-day cleaning ensured smooth and reliable next-day operation.
Results
Maintained continuous pumping with minimal downtime.
Delivered high homogeneity and bonding strength.
Reduced manual mixing & carrying, saving both manpower and time.
Conclusion
The IMER Koine 4 EVO Hi-Flow provided a high-output, reliable, and efficient solution for this project. Its ability to handle large volumes, long-distance pumping, and consistent mixing quality made it an essential machine for grouting applications in demanding construction environments.
