Removing an epoxy coating and water base coating with a floor scraper machine or floor scarifier involves the following steps:

1. Preparation: Clear the floor of any objects and put up protective barriers to prevent damage to adjacent surfaces. Put on personal protective equipment, such as eye protection, dust mask, and ear protection.

2. Checking the machine: Inspect the floor scraper machine or floor scarifier to ensure it is in good working condition and properly lubricated.

3. Testing the machine: Turn on the machine and test it on a small, inconspicuous area of the floor to determine the best speed and pressure to use.

4. Scraping or scarifying the coating: Begin scraping/scarifying the coating using the floor scraper machine or floor scarifier, applying steady pressure and moving the machine in a back-and-forth motion. Move the machine slowly and overlap each pass to ensure complete coverage.

5. Repeat as needed: Repeat the scraping process or scarifying process as needed until all of the epoxy coating/water base coatings has been removed.

6.Cleaning up: Once the epoxy coating/water base coating has been removed, sweep or vacuum the floor to remove any debris and dust.

Note: Be cautious when using a floor scraper machine/floor scarifier as it can cause damage to the concrete substrate if not used properly. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions and take all necessary safety precautions.
