Scope of Testing & Procedure
Visual & Electrical Setup: Verified power connectivity (230V 1-Phase) and structural integrity of the hopper, screw rotor/stator assembly, and discharge outlet.
Water Wetting & Priming : Filled the conical hopper with clear water to prime the stator/rotor system and lubricate the delivery hose before pumping high-viscosity grout materials.
Pumping & Pressure Test: Operated the drive unit at controlled RPM to pass water through the extended delivery line, ensuring smooth flow rate, steady pressure buildup, and non-leakage at quick-action couplings/connectors.
Flushing Efficiency Check: Demonstrated ease of flushing and post-operation cleaning performance on site.
