Project Description: Rubber Flooring Removal Using Floor Scabbler 5280

This project involves the removal of existing rubber flooring in a designated indoor facility area using the Floor Scabbler 5280. The objective is to fully strip the rubber flooring material, including any residual adhesive, and prepare the surface for the next phase of floor treatment or new installation.

Scope of Work:

1. Site Preparation:

   • Secure and isolate the work area to ensure safety.

   • Remove all movable items and debris from the flooring surface.

   • Inspect existing floor conditions and mark any sensitive zones (e.g., power outlets, expansion joints).

2. Rubber Flooring Removal:

   • Manually cut and lift the top rubber flooring in large sections, where applicable.

   • Use appropriate tools (scrapers, utility knives) to assist with removal of stubborn layers.

3. Surface Treatment with Floor Scabbler 5280:

5. Final Surface Inspection:

   • Conduct a thorough inspection to ensure the floor is clean, level, and ready for resurfacing or installation of new flooring materials.

   • Highlight and report any irregularities, cracks, or structural issues encountered during the removal process.
