The project involved cutting reinforced concrete slabs for installation works. The main application focused on preparing surface openings and expansion joints. The requirement was to achieve clean, straight line cutting with controlled depth, ensuring precision and stability for subsequent construction activities.

Work Process
  1. Preparation & Setup

    • Delivered TC-3 Diesel Cutter to site

    • Installed 14” diamond blade and inspected alignment

    • Filled water tank to ensure continuous cooling

  2. Execution of Cutting

    • Marked cutting lines on concrete slab

    • Adjusted cutting depth to ~120–125mm

    • Performed straight cutting along pre-marked lines

    • Maintained steady speed for clean and smooth results

  3. Safety & Dust Control

    • Continuous water spray applied to suppress dust and extend blade life

    • Operators equipped with PPE (helmet, ear protection, goggles, gloves)

    • Cutting area cordoned off with proper safety signage
