• Challenge: The site required cutting through massive, heavily reinforced concrete foundation structures embedded in muddy and rocky ground conditions.

• Solution: The AGP P9K Ring Saw, powered by the ultra-efficient HR16 inverter, provided a massive 6500W of high-frequency power. It maintained consistent torque and high blade speed, effortlessly slicing through thick rebar and high-PSI concrete.

Extreme Depth Requirements:

• Challenge: Standard handheld diamond saws couldn't reach the required depth to separate the massive concrete blocks for excavation.

• Solution: Utilizing the unique offset drive mechanism of the AGP P9K, operators achieved an incredible 300mm cutting depth, allowing clean full-depth cuts to facilitate quick removal of debris.

Harsh Site Conditions:

• Challenge: The operation took place in deep, muddy trenches with significant water exposure and tight spaces.

• Solution: The fully sealed, IP55-rated waterproof design of both the P9K saw and the HR16 power converter ensured reliable, uninterrupted performance despite heavy slurry and water-cooling flow.

Step 1: Precision Trench Line Scoring

• Description: The operator utilizes the lightweight and ergonomically balanced AGP P9K Ring Saw to plunge-cut straight into the heavy reinforced foundation. The water-feed system keeps dust to absolute zero while cooling the blade perfectly.

• Step 2: Deep Wall and Block Separation

  • Description: Dual operator synchronization with the HR16 converter safely positioned nearby. The P9K cuts deep into the vertical concrete face, creating perfect split lines for demolition.

• Step 3: Successful Demolition & Excavation

  • Description: The massive concrete block safely and cleanly split away from the main structure, ready for extraction by heavy machinery.
