Floor Preparation- HTG 460-3D Training

Training Objective

To provide on-site practical training and operation familiarization for the HTG-460-3D Floor Grinder.

The session aimed to ensure all site operators understand the correct setup, safety procedures, and grinding techniques required for surface preparation.

Training Content:

1. Machine Introduction & Safety Briefing

   • Overview of HTG-460-3D grinder specifications and applications

   • Safety precautions before operation

   • PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements

2. Machine Setup & Operation

   • Power connection and cable management

   • Installation and inspection of grinding plates

   • Correct startup and shutdown procedures

   • Water tank usage and dust control features

3. Practical Demonstration

   • Hands-on guidance on surface grinding technique

   • Demonstration of pad installation and adjustment

   • Explanation of working speed, pressure, and surface finishing

4. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

   • Routine cleaning and inspection

   • Replacement of consumables

   • Common troubleshooting tips

All participants were attentive and actively involved throughout the session.
