Industrial Floor Deep Cleaning & Maintenance Project

This project involves post-construction deep cleaning and routine maintenance for large-scale industrial factory and warehouse flooring. The primary goal was to rapidly remove residual dust, grime, and surface debris, restoring the high-gloss finish and slip-resistant properties of the terrazzo/epoxy floor to meet high-standard delivery requirements.

The Global Wing 70A heavy-duty walk-behind floor scrubber dryer was deployed for this operation, achieving an efficient single-pass "Scrub-Dry" process:

• Integrated Scrubbing & Drying: Front disc brushes effectively agitate and lift ground-in dirt, while the rear parabolic squeegee and suction system instantly vacuum up wastewater, leaving the floor completely dry and streak-free.

• Industrial-Grade Capacity: High-capacity solution/recovery tanks and long-lasting battery power allow continuous, large-scale operations, significantly boosting field productivity.

• Easy Maneuverability: Compact walk-behind structure with ergonomic controls enables smooth navigation around pillars, tight aisles, and edge zones.

Scope of Work & Execution：

• Pre-Cleaning Preparation: Removed large debris from the area and filled the Global Wing 70A solution tank with a neutral floor cleaning detergent.

• Main Area Machine Scrubbing: Operated the Global Wing 70A in systematic overlapping passes across the main warehouse floor for simultaneous scrubbing and water extraction.

• Edge Detailing: Operators performed manual touch-ups along tight perimeter walls and structural corners where mechanical scrubbers could not fully reach.

• Final Inspection: Ensured the entire floor area was free of water traces, residual dust, or film, presenting a clean and uniform shine.

Project Results

With the robust performance and high efficiency of the Global Wing 70A, the engineering team successfully delivered a spotless, mirror-like floor surface. The operation reduced manual labor costs, minimized downtime, and earned full client satisfaction.
