EXEN Hand-Held Vibrator Model EKCA (Made in Japan)
The main function of this hand-held vibrator is used for concrete placement in general and removal of form-work from surface-finishing columns, walls and other structures.
The hand-held vibrator is a small, powerful concrete vibrator consisting of a vibrating unit connected directly to a motor. Suited mainly for secondary concrete products, along with stone masonry, test piece manufacture, and the like. Equipped with a robust double-insulated sealed motor made of die-cast aluminum, the unit weighs about 5 kg, being lightweight, coming in a wide variety of models. This makes the series of handy vibrators very easy to use on a wide range of worksites.
Easily operable in surface finishes
The wall-concreting vibrating body is made of die-cast aluminum, being lightweight and durable. Being small, this unit can move flexibly in cramped corners and easily work on surface-finishing columns, walls, and other structures even on worksites on poorly-conditioned ground. A special-purpose holder makes it more easily operable. The EKCA can be combined with a special-purpose holder that enlarges the vibrating surface in the vibrating unit. This enlarges the effective range of vibration, thereby reducing working time. The holder is optional.
