Macdonald Scabbler Vibrator Hand-Held 1UF (Made in Scotland)
The Macdonald 1UF is a single unit hand-operated pole scabbler with the same power as a single unit of the heavy multi-tool scabbler. It is designed for use in awkward corners, edges where walls and floor surfaces join, or other small areas where the multi-tool scabbler is not practical. It's well balanced with an optional extended side handle, making it easily operated and controlled from an upright position.
What is a scabbler?
Scabbler is a compressed air powered machine with several carbide steel tips that peck at the concrete, reducing stone or concrete. It operates by pounding a number of tipped rods down onto the concrete surface in rapid succession. It takes several passes with the machine to achieve the desired depth.
