The Vibtec V600 series Pneumatic Internal Vibrator is a type of concrete vibrator used in construction to consolidate freshly poured concrete and remove air pockets. It operates using compressed air, which drives a vibrating head to create vibration inside the concrete mixture. This helps to settle the mixture and distribute the aggregates evenly, resulting in a dense and homogeneous final product. Pneumatic internal vibrators are typically used for larger concrete pours and are known for their high vibrating frequency and compact design.

Pneumatic Concrete Vibrators (Made in United Kingdom)

The Pneumatic Concrete Vibrator is connected through a quick coupling to the air supply. The valve handle includes a throttle and lubrication system. Through the flexible internal pipe the air gets into the vibrating head and a bearing less turbine produces the vibration. Finally, the air goes out through the baffle connected to the outer hose, which is used as a handle.
