 BESTO
Ultra Flat Screed is a unique screed for placing high volume concrete slabs and pavements.
This screed allows placement of large or small valium concrete pours, increase production
and improves quality up to superflat.Its triangular truss design provides a stable light weight screed, which can be expanded in increasements of 2 ft (0.60m), 5 ft (1.60m) and 7.5 ft (2.4m) sections, according to the width needed for the particular job. The BESTO screed comes as a complete machine with handles, winches and air system with lubricator, air valve and gauge for operating the brass vibrator. High cycle vibration, ranging from 7500 to 8000 vibrations per minute increases the concrete density and allow the free water to break out of the concrete slab quicker. Vibration can be adjusted according to the slump of the concrete. |
